The Golden Road runs right through the northern Maine woods and is a nod to one of Maine’s oldest heritage, the lumber trade. The Golden Road got its name because it cost millions to build. It was built to transport raw wood directly to a mill which prior was floated down the Penobscot River. Coffee Hound’s ‘Golden Road’ Light Roast is 100% Arabica and is a single-origin Guatemalan. It is crisp and light with honey and orange flavor notes.
